The hopes that Norwich City draw a home fixture in the trid round of the FA Cup were fulfilled today.
The other half, the hopes of a top name, will need to wait for another time.
City will have home advantage to the winners of Droylsden versus Leyton Orient, to be played on Monday evening.
City played Leyton Orient last season, beating them 4-1 at Carrow Road, although the return fixture saw the north Londoners (despite the exotic name) take the spoils, 2-1. Although by the time that match was played City was already promoted back to the Championship.
Droylsden in Greater Manchester, are currently in seventh place in the Blue Square North League playing against sides such as Hinkley, Leics, Corby, Northants, and Boston United, Lincs.
