Eccleston signs on for a month
Dale have recruited 20 year old Liverpool forward Nathan Eccleston on a month's loan following David Ball's return to Peterborough.
The England Youth international joined Liverpool as a fifteen year old after a spell at the youth set up at Bury where he would have worked with Dale's current Head of Youth Chris Beech.
Since joining Liverpool, he has been on the fringes of the first team, making nine appearances for the Anfield club, two of which were in the Premier League.
He's had successful loan spells in League One in the past couple of seasons, with time at Huddersfield and Charlton. Indeed, whilst with Charlton, he scored against Dale on Easter Monday last season.
Eccleston had a spell in the media recently after his conspiracy-filled tweets surrounding the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks didn't go unnoticed.
