Priskin Expecting to Leave Town in Summer
On-loan striker Tamás Priskin says he expects to leave Town permanently when his contract is up at the end of the season. The Hungarian made a scoring debut for temporary club Derby County as they lost 3-1 at West Ham on Saturday.
The 25-year-old says he’s looking to show what he can do in his month with the Rams: "I just want to impress. I'm here until January, so I just want to do my best.
"I think I will move away from Ipswich when my contract is finished in the summer. Hopefully, I can impress here and we'll see what happens."
The former Watford man was delighted to get his spell at Derby off to a scoring start: "It was good to score on my debut but I'm disappointed we lost the game.
It was a great pass from Jamie [Ward] and I just had to put it in, which I did, so I was happy with that."
