McLeod Agrees Personal Terms

Swansea City will officially unveil another signing tomorrow after Queens Park Rangers winger Kevin McLeod agreed personal terms at the Vetch late this afternoon.

McLeod was at the Vetch today to discuss terms with his former assistant manager and agreement was reached towards the end of the day with the paperwork being sent to the football league soon after.

Confirmation is expected back from the league tomorrow at which point the club will confirm the signing of the former Everton man.

It could well be a double celebration with Marcus Bean expected to sign on loan until the end of the season and both players will go straight into the squad, and quite possibly the starting line up for Saturday's game against Grimsby where they will join fellow newcomer Lee Thorpe who opened his goal account last Saturday at Orient.

There have been mixed reports on both players but all we can say is welcome to the Vetch guys and let's hope your stays are long and fruitful ones.
