Dyer Set For Permanent Move

Nathan Dyer is set to complete a permanent move to Swansea City

The Swans are set to complete the transfer of Dyer with a £200,000 down payment plus a similar payment at a set date in the future with further payments based on appearances and a sell on clause.

In truth most Saints fans wont be sorry to see Dyer go, in over 60 appearances in a Saints shirt he did little that mattered, in fact perhaps the one thing that Saints supporters have ever cheered him for was the goal he scored to help knock Pompey out of the FA Cup.

However the money comes at a crucial time and enables Saints to keep trading whilst the final stages of the sale of the club go through, so for this we can thank him.

So good bye Nathan Dyer, I cant say many will wish you good luck, our memories of you will be a series of inept dispays and the petty theft you committed in a nightclub, will Dyer be bothered, I very much doubt it, Good riddance.
