Angel Rangel insists he would have to listen to Premier League offers if they were forthcoming
The Swansea City right back has been linked with several Premier League clubs in recent weeks as well as a potential move north of the border to Celtic but as of yet there has been no firm move for the defender.
However he has also stated that his dream is to get there with the Swans who still have an excellent chance of making the play offs come the end of the season.
Speaking to News of the World, Rangel said "There are rumours bug clubs are interested in me. Until they make an offer they are just that - rumours.
"I have one year left on my contract and I'm enjoying my football and my life in Swansea.
"But if a Premier League club came in for me - and that hasn't happened - then you would have to think about it. You would have to consider it to see if it's worth taking or not.
"I think the Premier League is the best in the world and the most exciting. You would have to consider an offer from a club in that league.
"A Premier League club coming in for you is the dream of every player in the world.
"Swansea have been playing fantastic football this season. We're now a fashionable team so everyone is watching us. I'm told Manchester City and Celtic are interested in me and it's nice to hear things like that it shows I'm doing well.
"I want to play in the Premier League and hopefully it will be with the Swans.
"My dream is to get there with Swansea and we have a chance to do it this season through the play-offs. Swansea has everything to be in the Premier League - the stadium, the team and the staff. If we don't make it this season then we'll fight again next season.
"I would have a chance of playing for my country if I were in the Premier League.
"To play for Spain you would have to be playing for a team in La Liga or the Premier League.
"I owe everything to the Swans. Roberto brought me here and he's helped a lot. He gave me the chance to play in British football."
