Wage Demands Make Deals Difficult - Sousa
Paulo Sousa says that the wage demands of potential transfer targets are making deals 'difficult'
The Swans boss has been actively seeking reinforcements for his depleted Swans squad with Jordi Lopez his only signing since arriving at the Liberty in July.
But he says there's good reason for that - due to wage demands which are higher than the club's current wage scale, and it looks like the former Inter Milan midfielder isn't willing to budge.
"We have been speaking to a number of players but it is it not easy to bring anyone in who are earning way above the club's wage scale," he said after the 0-0 draw against Reading.
"We have the money to pay a transfer fee but the wages wanted is making it difficult."
