Staff Meeting At St Mary's Seems Positive

The first news of what has been said in this mornings staff meeting addressed by Katharina Liebherr are filtering through.

At the moment there isnt much of the full details coming through, but the first tweets are starting to happen, Adam Blackmore of BBC Radio Solent who covers most of the Saints games and has a knowledge and contacts within the club as good as most had this to say on his twitter feed.

"Headlines out of staff meeting with owner at #saintsfc this morning: No plans to sell, sticking to path we're on, chief exec decision soon"

Thats good news, the staff have had this from the mouth of our new Chairman herself, it seems that she is looking to move fast and that plans for this event have been in place for some time.

Over the next few days there will of course be more news coming out about the club, some good some bad, however you cannot argue when the Chairman of a company has made it quite clear what the future plans are at last in the short term.

Appointing a new CEO will be the first step and if as rumoured Mauricio Pochettino is offered a new contract and signs it, that will take care of the next step
