Cranie to Return?
Rumours are strong that Portsmouth defender, Martin Cranie will be returning to Loftus Road on loan.
With niggling injuries to both Damien Delaney and Fitz Hall, it is believed that Rangers have made a further loan offer to Portsmouth for defender, Martin Cranie.
Cranie was on loan with the R's earlier this season and made a huge impact in his 6 appearances. But the loan was sadly cut short by a broken leg sustained in the home defeat to Coventry back in November.
The young defender has returned to training with Portsmouth but as yet, hasn't got anywhere near a selection for the first team. Martin has also said previously that he wouldn't be interested in a permanant move, but with another successful loan spell behind him and Rangers reportedly expected to make a summer bid, who knows? It also remains to be seen as whether Pompey would be willing to sell the highly rated young defender.
Rangers are hoping that the deal will be done in time for the away game at Wolves next weekend.
