Young R's Win Again
Rangers Youngsters moved 5 points clear at the top of the league with a 2-1 victory at Northampton on Saturday morning.
Goals from Terry Smith and Antonio German gave the Young R's victory and extended their lead at the top of the Puma Youth Alliance League to 5 points. The win also extends their unbeaten run to six matches.
It was the same scoreline the previous Saturday as Steve Brown's men won 2-1 away at Cheltenham in the Puma Youth Alliance League Cup. Rangers Youngsters will now be away to Brighton in the next round and the tie will be played on Saturday 24th January 2009.
Rangers Youngsters are next in action at home to Brentford on Saturday 6th December, kick off 10.45am
All Rangers Youth Team home games are played at Imperial College Sports Ground, Sipson Lane, Harlington, Middlesex and Kick Off at 10.45am.
