Matchday programme v Wrexham
Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for
Saturday’s league game against Wrexham, and as usual we bring you a sneak preview of what's inside.
The bumper 60-page issue contains everything you’ve come to expect of the
Dale programme:
- There are the serious and not-so-serious articles, together with the usual
high quality pictures from club photographer Daniel Youngs, with the Morecambe
game featured in this issue.
- Keith Hill looks back at last Saturday’s win over Mansfield, while there
are exclusive interviews with new recruits Jamie Mullan and Lee McEvilly.
- An ex-Dale and Wrexham player appears as the Centenary Legend, while we
find out which Dale player is apparently the squad’s worse dresser.
- Scrutator discusses why he thinks the FA Cup has lost its magic, while
Anorak’s Corner is back with some fascinating facts about runs of consecutive
home fixtures.
- We have another Dale-related quiz to test the grey matter and a look back
45 years to when a future Spotland legend set us on the way to an away defeat.
- Visitors Wrexham get five pages of coverage, while the ‘100 Years of
Rochdale AFC’ article returns, with an in-depth look at the 1974/75, 1975/76
and 1976/77 seasons.
All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on
sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, still priced at £2.50.
