Dale Trust: EGM Saturday 19th April

The Rochdale Supporters Trust will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on Saturday 19th March in Studds Bar after the home game against Morecambe. Read on for further details.

With reference to the proposal  made at our AGM, concerning the subject of funding by the Trust for the Club, this is to confirm that at a meeting between the Trust and Directors of the Club was held last month, a proposal was made by the Trust to fund the purchase of equipment for the Rehab Room and pieces of equipment for use by the Ground Staff, the total value to be £5000, in return for the purchase of 2,500 shares in Rochdale AFC, 2000 of which would be immediately available, the remaining 500 or their equivalent value subject to negotiation in light of future share issues.

The aforementioned proposal is now presented for approval to Dale Trust members by means of attendance at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Saturday 19th April in Studd's Bar (straight after Morecambe match). 

Trust members are requested to bring their 2007/08 membership cards to the meeting, for voting purposes.  If members are unable to attend, they can submit their vote ("YES" or "NO") using reference "EGM VOTE" including name & address, either by e-mail to info@daletrust.org.uk  or by post to Dale Supporters, PO Box 1907, Rochdale, OL16 9EX by Wednesday 16th April to be included in the voting procedure essential to accept/reject this proposal by the Board. 

NB: Under 16's are NOT entitled to vote at all meetings and elections in accordance with the constitution
