Picking hairs, but the subliminal mix;
Not gonna argue with that :) Picking hairs though but I don't think Barker was in 808 when Pacific came out. Would have been A Guy called Gerald Simpson. I think. Either way, great tracks and a sad loss.

Changes, the way forward I think ? As in Changing my life
Of course not wearing short Roman skirts......well only on the third Thursday of the month with the couple from Chipping Sodbury with the glasses and the limp who run the cardigan shop in the village...............

This week I tried to use a tape to USB convertor but the thing was a cheap bit of plastic crap. Didn't work. I'm not surprised if I'm honest as it was less than £25 from Amazon.
It did however allow me to listen to the tapes which i haven't heard for probably 25 years. The mixtapes I put together are terrible -- my early efforts were horrendous and I'm sure I got a lot better (back to levels of mixes sounding like an old lady falling down the stairs now though!!!). What i did enjoy was listening to the tapes you used to be able to buy from the DJ booth on holiday and at stalls etc over here. The one's I loved were from Bananas in Teneriefe '89 ans Simon Bassline Smith. I gave it a search on YouTube and low and behold......
Different set to the ones I have. I'm now looking into sending some tapes off for digital conversion Watch this space.
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal
