Dominic Iorfa has to be the most totally inept player I have seen with us. No ability whatsoever, just a lot of pace. Should have been a sprinter, but probably would have fallen over.

Not that easy if you put him up against Vinnie Jones, but still wins by a short head. First of the "you're lucky to have me" squad that have leeched so much off us in the 20 years since (SWP, Bosingwa, Remy, Julio Cesar, Caulker, etc etc). I'd rather watch honest incompetence (Rehman, Santos, Curtis...). I wouldn't be so hard on Rio, Anton was worse.

Phtah! Impossible and subjective.
Ernie Howe? Made a living from the game, was an injury away from playing for us at Wembley in 82.
Gus Caesar? Good section in Nick Hornby's book about how good Caesar actually was.
Jose Bosingwa? Obviously a good player but completely ineffective while with us.
Vinnie Jones? No footballer perhaps but a good leader and destroyer. International captain.
Mark Hatley? Was a very good player (remember being pleased when we signed him) but wasn't by the time he played for us.
Michael Robinson? My personal unfavourite but a good record in the game.

Stuart Wardley, despite having that crazy goal scoring season, was an awful player. Clearly a sunday league player 'living the dream' for one season - and credit where it's due he did have a tremendous season. But you could clearly see what a donkey he was.
Zesh Rehman - I never, ever, EVER felt 'safe' when he played. Dreadful defender.

This is a really tough question but I do think you have to factor in the cost of the player and their attitude, not just their ability (or lack of it).
When I take into account all three things, SWP wins hands down for me:
- One of our most expensive players - ever
- Very few decent performances
- Hugely overstayed his welcome and hung around long after it was clear he was finished at QPR (did he ever "start" at Rangers?), spurning offers to go and get a game elsewhere.
