Last time I remember playing Brighton on a Friday night in April was back in 1973, and as a seven year old thrilled that Rangers had just gained promotion to the First Division with the likes of Parkes, Clement, Gillard, Mancini, McLintock, Venables, Francis, Thomas, Givens, Bowles and Leach as regulars and Gordon Jago as manager. And who would have thought that with the addition of just three more players this was the team that took the rest of the first division to the cleaners just three years later. Would never happen now, any team getting promoted will always sign a good half a dozen players in an attempt to just survive. Just for the record Rangers won that night 2-0 and Brighton were relegated. Repeat score for me tomorrow, and similarly after this game one team at least will leave the division.

Sylla just isn't very good is he.
I've seen better, that's for sure.
Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

As has been the case for years, a composed finisher or two is really all we need. Not a specific position necessarily, or even new players, just a fraction more composure across the board.
Lots of chances created in that game, sadly too many scuffed or snatched at shots.
Well fair play, they done what they had to do to win but ffs , as a man Murray must be 6 foot something and acts like a 9 year old girl falling over at the slightest contact is a fking embarrassment for mankind ! Will certainly fit welll back in the premier league
Cheating cnt, hope they sell him back to a relegated palarse side !!

A pity QPR wasted 70 minutes pissing around before the serious business got going. Holloway's team selection from the off was a bollocks. May have learnt one or two things though.

The team selections are frustrating especially when people are schlepping to away games spending good money but, pissed off as we are, you have to look at the bigger picture that he's trying to decide who he wants to keep for next year. We have the makings of a very competitive team.
Still, three defeats to cnt teams full of cnts.

took morrison and robinson off and things started to happen...hmmmm....
We went from playing 5 at the back to a much more attacking formation after the second went in.
All round good performance. Lots of reason to be optimistic for next season. I thought it was Morrisons best game for us by a mile. Reno shone when he came on as did Manning.
Positive

Yeah I'm feeling positive after that too. Ollie's definitely playing around to see what works and fair play to him for giving Ravel a high profile start on telly. It didn't work but he and we know that now. Can't say he hasn't been given a chance since we #brunghimback
A new Charlie Austin, a new Macca and a new Sinton in the summer and reckon next season will be good.

Lynch is a terrible player , how many aimless balls has he launched to the opposition Desperate all night , same as last week we have no width or no one with any creativity
Oh dear. Just before we showed them up only you could go self inficted custard pie stylee. With big shoes and a red nose. And a chequered suit.
Thought we were superb tonight for a late 20 mins, showed them way too much un-earned respect for the first hour then over ran them in every quarter. Think of Warnocks promoted side. Albion plough a miserable and cynical cul de sac. We grow. That's the difference and Albion shat themselves against a side on the beach with nothing to lay for. Premiership? It will be fun, but not for them. I can hardly wait to see them sink lke a stone.
Meanwhile, despite the miserable cynics, we are onto someting not seen since the mid 60's that built 1975. Something uniquely glorious is coming.
Well done Rangers tonight against a terrible Albion. Playing for £100 Million they do not deserve. Custard pie fight now, before Albion are relegted again. Or salg off Rangers 8 days a week meanwhile
Hi pauly yuk yuk

Not over impressed with what I saw. I know I'm looking on the black side but, we are not mathematically safe yet, all this mucking about with the line ups is bloody pointless. Why didn't he stick with what was working, and build around that, we still need another 3-5 pts, it's not all over yet.!!!!!!

Well, we mathematically can't make the play-offs now, so at least that is one less thing for you to be worrying about.

I will mainly be being smelly foul mouthed and obnoxious and nine sheets to the wind wellied at the very back of Moo Block,Row Q seat 160 for the price of £33 nicker.
I think we'll win 2-1. The first goal from Grant Hall @ 18-1. The atmosphere is very poor until Student Grant's Sebastian Coates or Richard Dunne-like rare quality goal from a centre-half at The School End opener then Rangers work very hard without the ball soaking up wave upon waves of intense B & H A pressure - although Murray nets the scrappy equalizer on the hour - until in the last 15 minutes with Ollie making belting substitute decisions we nick the hard-earned winner probably from the outside of Yeni NGbakoto's right boot.
On 87 mins The Chief unseen by nearly all the crowd sneaks up on 6 foot 4 inch tall thug Lewis Dunk and fore-arm smashes him straight in the napper, John Fashanu style, then gently bends over him and whispers in his ear "That one's for Ale." Revenge is a dish best enjoyed stone cold. That was a Hulme style walk-by stealth execution.
The Reason Why. Hideous possibly career-ending dangerous studs up foul @0:40 by big evil lunk Dunk on Our Hero Brave decent classy Argie Ale.Ale the man who'd endured 3 ACL injuries with the concomitant lengthy soul-sapping rehab and then the tosser Dunk does that thereby promoting himself above Bradley Johnson in my own personal Loftus Road - we'll get the b'staad back with interest however long it takes - Black Books. One day you'll see Rod 'Monkey' Liddle,Dick Menace, 23 Captain Nazi racist and bellend John Terry,Micky Droy, Joey Jones, Vinnie Jones,Dennis Wise,Paul Went ( the FFC player who broke Martyn Busby's leg) and Shaun Custis all disappearing off the planet at once in mysterious unlikely circumstances.
The Fabled Lone Ranger Ghost Hoop always gets his man, however long it takes.. Vengeance shall be R's.
Nedum gets a straight red after the Ref discusses at length with his assistant. Ned with Dunk no. 5 blood visibly soaked all over his shirt deliberately strolls off the pitch slowly with a steely blank face with head nobly held high and unhurried in his trudging step, a touch like Sidney Poitier as Mr Tibbs back in 1967.
R's hold on to win even with an Albion desperate battering but Chief is then given by the FA a £50,000 fine and a ban for 3 games uncontested by our united tight-lipped club.
The attendance I believe will be in the 16,853 region.
Moooooooo! The indignant Dunk hating Mu Block massive let their feelings be known. Kinky North London Billy Liar / Walter Mitty librarian Holloway can be seen mounting a lesbian cow sideways and there's a happy ending if ever there was one.
They Call Him Mr Tibbs!
