Hoping someone can help me with this.
Had my wallet pinched Friday & wondering what the procedure is (if any?) for replacing my Season Ticket? I've contacted the box office but with it being Bank Holiday weekend haven't yet got anything back. Anyone been through this & know what you can do?
Know there is only two games left but would ideally like to do both even if tomorrow is now a longshot..

Left mine at home once and they charged me £15 for a paper ticket, refundable when I showed up with the season ticket. I'm sure they can sort you out at the box office on the day. |  | | |

I think there is a charge of like £50 for a new card or something like that. And, sadly, you will need to do it as we're keeping this year's cards forever now and next season's season ticket just gets loaded onto it. |  | | |

I think i've been lucky.
When i've left it at home the last couple of times they printed my own seat for me for zero cost.
Last season I lost my card altogether and they did that for free too.
That £50 charge was during the boutique club era I think. |  | | |

I'm another dick who arrived at the ground and realised I'd left my ST at home. The box office sorted it no bother. I think I was charged a fee which was refunded when I showed my card at the next game.
