You just watch, that slippery cnt will keep them up while stoke go down

Has he got enough of a base level there before his usual mess takes shape?

Stoke looked good for a while whilst he did his decent "look" on the spine left by Pulis

He might take them down anyway...

Hughes won't want to blot his perfect 'never-been-relegated' record and Southampton have a tricky run in - doubt he'll risk taking the job if it's offered to him...

He'll probably bide his time and apply for the West Ham job when they boot out Moyes in the summer - think they'll just about have enough to survive this year (sadly).

Do we get to go on the southampton boards and give them repeated warnings like they did with us and redknapp?

His first eight league games with us: W2, D4, L2 - 10 points. Would give them 38 points, probably enough.

Fulham: W1, D6, L1 - 9 points. Possibly enough.

Man C: W3, D1, L4 - 10 points. Prob enough.

Blackburn: W1. D4, L3 - 7 points. Dicey.

He had some sort of pre-season with Fulham and City. His worst record was at Blackburn, where he didn't have a transfer window opened when he joined, as opposed to the others. Would be a bad appointment, but if he matches his record with us, he may keep them up.

Bare bones.

If he does take the job and they still go down he'll maintain that "the damage was already done, 8 games not enough, I did all I could, I should be judged over a season etc." in order to maintain it's not really down to him. Which, is kind of right but I would love it to happen just so he knows what it would feel like and if Stoke went down too then his combined record over a season is relegation.

Only got 5 points from his first 8 games with us - win against Wigan and two draws against Villa and Everton.

Anyone know when's Austin's meant to be back fit again? In my head keep thinking they'll be fine as he'll come back and score enough to keep them up but fast running out of time!

Can we troll their boards like they did ours when Shithead was appointed?

If the odds are decent, then Soton to survive this season and go down next is a fairly likely punt come true.

Robbie Savage saying he'd be ideal as he's never taken a club down. What a wind up merchant.

Hughes is such a Jammy C@nt... if Saints employ him they’re down... he’s not inheriting a Man City or Stoke this time .

I think Hughseless will keep his job even if they go down so if we’re appealing to the football gods then please can we have Saints at home first game next season...make this happen please

Would be somewhat ironic if he took the job only for both Stoke and Southampton to go down.
