I really enjoyed reading today's "Brand New Issue".
Clive excelled himself in his little rant about football Co-commentator's (wonderful description of Higginbotham) & the blast frtom the past was by a certain Brian McCarthy!
It was a nice pleasant read on the train home following the heady heights of seeing us score four goals!

Unfortunately I read my copy trying to get out of the Reading stadium on Friday.War an peace might have been a better suggestion. Still a good read from Dave though.

I saw Dave standing there in the pi$$ing rain when we came away from Reading but I was still too angry to buy one. I will get it next week as it sounds good.

My son and I were laughing at Jermain Defoe’s contribution to Sky on Sunday. Thierry Henry had a long explanation of how Eriksen had put topspin on the ball by rolling his big toe joint under it (or something), when Defoe was asked what he thought. “Wow”. Thanks for coming.
