I went to Brentford/Fulham game late 90's (I think Fulham won 2-0) and it seemed both set of fans hated each other and there wasnt any anti Rangers stuff then

I'm not sure I agree. It's mostly players you hear talking about a club "being where it should be, in the premier league". I don't know one QPR fan that thinks that. I don't imagine there are that many who think that at most of the clubs you've mentioned either.
