I really like Pav but if he's been here 2+ years and still speaks through a translator it might be why managers here have sometimes been hesitant to have him in the starting XI

I wonder if we had SMC in charge whilst Ariel Borysiuk was still here we may not have needed to loan Cameron. Ariel never really had a decent run in the side and SMC's penchant for picking the same players each game would have weighed heavily in his favour IMO.
