That was an absolutely abysmal first half performance. No pressure on the ball, standing off and letting them play how they want to. When we do get forward the final ball is inevitably shockingly poor and we put them under absolutely no pressure. Even when they were leading 1-0 they were working a lot harder to win the ball back when they lost it than we are. Now they are 2-0 up they will just let us have the ball to knock it about in non dangerous areas of the pitch and hit us on the break when we do go forward ad inevitably give the ball away. Depressing, because they really are not that good. |  | | |
