I’d rather us stay at Loftus Road being a Championship, League One or even League Two side. We simply have to own our ground, wherever it is.

That's right. Although, the West Ham deal seems pretty good for them. If you can get a 100 year tenancy agreement at a "for peanuts deal", surely has to be considered? It depends, if it's a stadium built for football that can be used for other events then fine. But if it's an athletics stadium with no foresight into what happens next, then they can keep it, we don't want it.
