Been quite impressed tonight. Good match to watch.
After the VAR this summer I'm kinda missing not having it. Ref and his assistant just bullsed up a blatant penalty - ah those EFL jokers are back.

Interesting.

I think Luton look awful defensively. They are acres of space out wide. Their defensive shape looks all wrong. Boro, hardly a free flowing, quick passing footballing side have been carving them apart from what i’ve seen.

They’ve been alright on the ball but have lost it in key areas a lot, which will cost them during the season. Think the comms has been laying it on a big thick about how good on the ball they’ve been.

And their big money signing in goal looks ropey. Loud, confident, but horrible error and flappy at corners.

Boro could easily have had 5 or 6. And are Boro really that good? I doubt it.

Assombalonga is an absolute waste man too. Lazy, takes shocking pen and is almost laughing.

Yeah, like missing toothache, no thanks.

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

How are Luton level?! They should be 2 down.

Good watch but Christ these two teams can’t defend. This encourages me.

Just knew after the penalty miss Luton would score.
It is encouraging but the Jekyll and Hyde by both teams has made it very entertaining.

first game of the season, wouldn't get too over-excited about defensive performances!

Bare bones.

Blimey I agree with you

It’s a long, long old slog this league, it don’t get going until October, lets see where those scabs are come Xmas time

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

I hate Lutons James Collins. If he hadn't equalised at the end we would have moved up one place on goal difference.

Warburton out ?? Evil Les ........

I can't believe Boro scored 3 times in a month, let alone 3 in a single game.
I didn't see it, so was it ropey Loo Town defending or are they playing anti-pulisball?

Saw some of it and pundits calling it attacking football.

Every time I see them they play in a different coloured kit. Slowly transitioned from black and white to orange via blue kits. Strange.
