One year on - Preview on 03:02 - Jul 23 with 367 views | timcocking | Clive, as usual, hit the nail right on the head. Bright was mismanaged from the beginning, was clearly a top player at this level, should have played much more for us and should already be on a longer contract. Is it really cost-effective and clever to save 4 or 5 million a year by removing any realistic hope for promotion? Keep this squad together, we're a couple of players away from possibly going up. If we sell every half decent player every year, will we save money/lose less in the long run? I'm not sure. Sometimes you have to speculate to accumulate. Death by a thousand cuts the way it's going otherwise. Owners, stop being tight arsed, we all know ffp is a lie. Keep our good players, increase the fan base, next step champion's league and world domination. Or continue selling every year, fan base declines every year. And ffs do something about that fcuking away kit. | | | |
