If you look at our form since the corresponding fixture last season (excluding the wins over Swansea and Leeds that followed), it's appalling. I still think that cup tie against Wednesday was pivotal - thrashing Cardiff and Swansea and beating the Champions of Europe, then picking an understrength side in the cup. Momentum is such a big thing in football. It's incredible to think that when we were thrashing them in January, we'd have such a must-win (must-score?) game 10 months on. |  | | |

Sheff Wed, beaten 3-0 by Rotherham during the week, have only won nine games in 2020 out of 35 played. They've failed to score in 15 of those. They;'ve conceded five goals in a game on three occasions. They've been beaten at home 11 times, and to nil at home on six occasions. One of the nine wins was against Rochdale in the League Cup.
