If that's a joke grand, if not, try and make it your New Year resolution to sort it out - even if she was wrong. Mine died suddenly 11 years ago and still miss her. Time takes the edge off of course, but you never know when your last conversation is your last conversation

Fighting the roadworks on the M27 in the rush hour ) nearly 3 years now and they’ve just decided to dig up part of it and tarmac it plus do junction modifications to J9 which will go on for ANOTHER year!).
Seeing mates for a few beers.
Summer holiday abroad (does Wales count?).
Golf days.

Hugging anyone except my Mrs. And about 10 years ago when we were confirmed Champions about an hour before our last game with Leeds, I probably hugged about half of you all on here. Here's to a much Happier 2021 than this last year of plague to all, and safer and better opportunities for more celebratory hugs.

I'm one of the lucky one's. I work in construction so not a lots changed. My heart goes to people who have had structure and routine taken away from them.
It must be horrible.
What I miss. ...sausage and chips before Rangers games.
London pride on occasional visits to the crown and sceptre.
The sheer joy of backs to the wall performances against Villa and Leeds.
I will miss our visits to a west end show with the missus and daughter every new years eve. 13 years in a row we've done it up until today.
Most of all I miss the old man back in Ireland.
Next year dad, next year!!

Indeed, that's been a bummer, but I've managed to keep clear most of the time. I'm near jcn 12 of M3 so we've got that pleasure to come in due course!

J9 to J5 and back every day, don’t miss that at all!
If I have to pop into the office (near B&Q Eastleigh) I can go in whenever I want just to pick stuff up.
I’ve decided I’m not going back 9-5 ever again but luckily I’m at the right age to work from home either part or full time.

As a postie not too much, except for we've never been busier. Checked my stepometer thing the other day, and it showed I'd walked 14.3 miles.

Might ask for new knees in the new years honours list.

Miss talking bollox in the pub though

Stopped buying clothes apart from socks and pants.
Going for hair cuts.
Looking for a bigger mobility Scooter, more a fantasy as would not get it indoors anyway.

Lost my drive to carry on painting or whittling, finished a cross in oak my youngest wanted, don't see me picking up a brush or knife again.

Stopped selling my painting on Artgallery, if you like art worth looking on there, prices for all and some good stuff.

I’ve stopped using the lift. I live on the 12th floor and got stuck in the lift in my own block for 3 hours sometime late summer. I’ve been using the stairs ever since. My fitness has improved no end. Ran a half-marathon Christmas morning and a 15 miler 3 days later. Running down an empty Oxford Street and through the City of London was very 28 Days Later.
