Quickest to 50 goals since Clive Allen. Love the guy.

Poll: Which is the worst QPR team?

Stating the bleeding obvious but what a signing he's turning out to be, I love the bloke anyway a genuine working class bloke who 'made it' in the World of professional football.

Give him half a chance and at the minimum he'll get it on target, I reckon he's lifted the dressing room too.

I love him by the way.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

But, it took him years... ;-)

Just shows how important a regular goal scorer is!

If you were a striker in the doldrums you'd definitely want to come to us as we seem to specialise in getting the best out of experienced strikers.

On that basis, imagine the goals that Mark Lazarus would get with the R's today,

Why does it feel like R'SWiPe is still on the books? Yer Couldn't Make It Up.Well Done Me!

I wonder what the Brom fans are thinking, watching him do this again here? :)

The best thing is that he love it here. It's his home and he knows it. You can see how much it means to him to be back.

Never knowingly right.

Yes, I couldn't believe it when I heard that stat. Hopefully Charlie can teach Bonne and Dykes a trick or two. Bonne, in particular, looks a little bereft of confidence and on the back foot. If he can improve his anticipation he'll get more chances to score.

Should have been 50 in 91 really, that goal should have counted when they called him for a high/dangerous kick

I'm no lip reader but I'm pretty sure Charlie utters the words "That's f'kin 50!" as he wheels away in celebration.

Stan did the same...but that was his fifty quid bonus for scoring.

So pleased for him.as takes him to a higher level in qpr history as we don't have many 50 goals + strikers and he is one of the better ones in our history

Oh hell. That was depressing. From Sir Les to Hateley. I can just remember him going for a header and it just bouncing off the top of his head.

I actually think Austin will at some point come in and manage us
Spoke very well in his interview after the game , he seems to have something about him in the dressing room , it’s no coincidence that results and performances have picked up since he came back

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

There was something about how he spoke yesterday, it genuinely seems like he wants to be here. That positivity will rub off and it does seem like his presence has lifted the whole squad and he scores of course

Now played more games for us than any other team, so he's definitely 'r's'

Hopefully another 20 games and 10 goals for us this season and if we can get him back on a permanent deal then why not a further 100 appearances and 50 goals!

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean we're not all against you.

CA is a great addition to the squad not only on the pitch but also around the Club. His goals look easy but the 'sticking it away' is the easy part of the process.....its the work before
he does by getting in the right position to make it look easy. I have a lot of time for the lad.

Not sure he was MOM last night but good luck to him.

I just came across this while looking up how many England caps Clive Allen has.

Interesting read.

My abiding memory is the club announcing that they'd signed an England striker only for 'Attila' to hobble out on crutches.

Brilliant text book header from Charlie.
A class act and just shows what a bit of Premier league quality can do.

Can’t we go down the Rooney route to circumnavigate FFP, offer Chaz a player coach role for next season, pay most of his wages as a coach?
