not the best but first thing i thought of, promotion season under Warnock, ball came to us in the lower loft, Paddy Kenny called for the ball and bloke near us said he'd waited all his life to do this, he threw it but it smashed against the light and bounced back at him as Paddy Kenny laughed at him
Other than that away day at Doncaster my mate getting in taxi and shouting at cab driver for ripping off southerners, "Kin meter says 14.42, i'm not paying that we haven't even moved" before we pointed out that was a clock not the meter.
Norwich away same bloke helpfully said to a fellow QPR fan to mind out for those cobbles on way back to station as it was slippery, he then tripped up on pavement and went face first onto said cobbles as bloke he warned stood and laughed with the rest of us. |  | | |

In the 6-0 game vs Chelsea in '86 the players were knocking a load of balls around before kick off. One rolled to me by the halfway line in the paddock. I eagerly picked it up and threw it back on just as the ref was about to start the game. Doug Rougvie gave me evils. . . so I ran on the pitch and smashed his f*ck***g face in.

Standing outside Pride Park around 6pm and on the phone to DWQPR telling him about a good parking spot I had found for the game and asking how far away he was. He informed me he was just sitting down to his dinner and where was I really? I reiterated that I was outside Frankie & Benny's by the stadium and he informed me that the game was the following Monday.

yep sat to our right bright pink jumper , which to some was in fashion if you ws brave enough, was spotted early on and gave pelters , took it for a while then started to umpty then more umpty , then ejected we obv pi$$ed ourselves as he left the ground .

That’s one of the funniest on pitch moment for me. I had a quick look but couldn’t find the GIF.
Funny crowd moment for me was at a match v Arsenal in the early/mid 90s. Stood in the paddocks with an Arsenal supporting mate and poor Alan Smith getting dogs abuse throughout.
“He’s got a fcking big nose” and so on.
Very funny match and my Arsenal mate enjoyed it all at least as much as me! [Post edited 6 Feb 2021 10:53]

I might have mentioned this before...
Home to Mansfield about 2003, and one of their fans sat himself down in the middle of the Ellerslie. He was very odd, about 50, with a big beard and wearing an old-fashioned trench coat. About 4 foot tall, absolutely hammered and furiously abusing all and sundry at the top of his voice. Though most people were amused by it, eventually even Goldrange couldn’t ignore him and he was asked to leave. He was dragged to his feet cursing energetically, but went totally volcanic when someone called out from the top of the stand...

watford gap, 2 car loads of us pull up on the way home from nigel clough's 4 minute hat-trick game. We each buy a cup of tea and nick loads of cakes etc. Sitting down to eat it, thoroughly pissed off, a fella in leeds gear comes over to ask the score, and is greeted with a salvo of cream cakes. He was covered. The security guards leading us away were almost crying with laughter

Silly Jim and Steve and a few of us young lads were down the back of the bus playing drinking games with Italia 90 wine that Silly Jim and Steve had brought home with them. Us young lads had some cans. Sharing is caring. Brag. Bluff. Hugs. Shove ha'penny. All the way to Old Trafford. Pub stop, more beers, more hugs.
At half-time I was first down the stairs to the toilet and see Silly Jim and Steve engrossed in a Shove ha'penny game underneath the stand. Not even for money. Just for the craic.
Travel all the way North for a game, pay in, play Shove ha'penny.
I laughed and laughed and laughed while having my piss.
