Is it after the 37th game that the 10 booking suspension is not enforced?
If so Dickie (and Ball) can only afford one yellow in the next three games Dickie has already served a one match ban for a red, would that increase his sanction if he reached ten?
In addition Kane received a second yellow in a match and served a one match ban. So does that count as seven or eight and would any further sanction, if he reached ten, be increased?

That took some finding!
Its a 2 match suspension if you get 10 cautions matches 1 - 37 (Inc)
Don't think a straight red would be included, no idea about 2 yellows leading to a red, wouldn't like to guess.
No mention of previous reds having any effect on the 2 match ban | | | |
