I've said it'll be too much for Rotherham from the start so I suppose I should stick with that now. Watched some or all of their games with Luton, Brentford, Boro, Birmingham, Cov, QPR, Sheff Wed and Cardiff over the last three months and it's been fcking tough going. A really, really poor side robbed of a lot of the high tempo, physicality stuff that makes them an awkward opponent through fatigue. Wouldn't be that surprised if they won at Cardiff, just because it's the Championship and sht like that happens, but there have been few signs of it.
Derby I haven't seen as much of recently, but to lose 2-1 at Blackburn (one win in 15), 3-0 at Preston who are done for the year, 2-1 at home to Birmingham who are safe having led 1-0, and then 2-1 at swansea resting players also having led 1-0... it just looks like they're gone. They weren;t very good in the first place.
Sheff Wed, watched them against us, Cardiff, Forest and Rotherham. Another dreadful side, prone to enormous moments of self destruct. Some of the stuff they did in a must win against Forest at the weekend, which even most Forest people didn't want to win, was amazing. But they've just been able, once or twice, to string it together and get a random win, away at Barnsley, or 5-0 at home to Cardiff.

I'd be surprised if it's a draw. Sheff W will throw everything at it, as they need a win. It will probably leave gaps which Derby could exploit and get all three points.
Still hoping for us to win on Saturday, Rotherham to win at Cardiff and Wednesday to beat Derby. 8th for us, Derby and Wednesday relegated. | | | |
