Yeah. Royce got bundled, Jake Cole went to his aid and got banned!

True, but this also sends a strong message to every dimwit who has the opportunity that you can get a player sent off by goading them.

The United fan who pushed Ojo has been arrested. United should also give a bit of a ban to the kiddie throwing bits of his pie at Ojo whilst it's all going on.

Agreed. Players should also go to ground when this happens as then the ref cannot blame them and they look like the victim. Unless your playing Stoke of course, then you have to run for your life as the ref may feel forced to join in to save his own skin ... obviously.

It’s the lad in the grey and black jacket. He’s obviously keen on his pie, so he won’t commit to throwing the whole thing at Ojo. Instead he breaks-off wee chunks of pastry and pings them at him. Not going to hurt anyone, but a ban until the end of this or next season would probably be enough to stop any other gobby kiddies at United thinking you can get away with throwing stuff at players. It’s just mouthy behaviour that warrants a boot up the arse. [Post edited 22 Nov 2021 15:06]

If it was a scotch pie it could be classed as assault with a deadly weapon.Although I think that only happens when you eat them for a few years.
