Home Flexi Tickets Promotion 19:52 - Nov 10 with 1330 views

The club has a promotion which allows you to buy up to eight tickets at a good discounted rate. You can then redeem them by the end of the season, either for one ticket per game, or multiple tickets per game(s). All subject to availability of course.

I'm a season ticket holder but I've just purchased eight "flexi" tickets as my wife wants to make use of a spare seat next to me over eight remaining games. Only snag is that the email and website guide gives no clue on how to redeem them. If I try to buy a future home game it wants more money, not the redemption! Typical Ticketmaster service I suppose but does any one have any info before I try ringing up?

I don't know the exact answer but, as the FAQs say they can be redeemed online, I suspect that you go to the ticket page and sign in. From the top right select the picture of the person's head, then view account menu. There is an option there to "manage tickets" and it MAY have your flexi ticket there?

I've not got one this season, but in previous seasons I've found the only way to redeem is by phoning the box office

Best to phone the box office. If you manage to do it online it will charge you an admin fee, despite having already paid one when buying the flexi ticket. If you call the box office, they will not charge the fee to redeem the ticket (unless it has changed!)

I did this flexi ticket last season and couldn’t figure out a way to do it online. Ended up having to email the box office with the block, row and seats I wanted for each game. They were pretty quick in actioning it.

Thanks for all the helpful replies. Yes, you have to email the box office and I got a quick response. They are hoping to provide an online option one day.

All we need to do now is stop losing at home...
