It's a cracking record - the first Rs vinyl release I think since March 1977 when we had The Loftus Roadrunners (aka Bruce Thomas from Elvis Costello and the Attractions) with that toe tapper "Queens Park Rangers"

Having watched the promo I looked up Cian Downing and viewed a few of his efforts and would say that I was more than impressed, ordered his first LP. Also looked up Emily Capell, released her first and as it seems only LP in 2019 and nothing since. Shame, again, she produced some decent stuff, but nothing of her since. Have tried to find a place to find her album, Combat Frock (Big Clash influence), but cannot get it anywhere. | |
