| Season Ticket Prices on 12:22 - Apr 21 with 8386 views | Northernr | Yeh I had heard some concerning things about the concessionary bands this time around. Abolishing the free U8s etc. Think some of our younger fans are going to get a nasty surprise when these land. | | | |
| Season Ticket Prices on 12:26 - Apr 21 with 8349 views | makaveli1882 | I was just about to post the same as I had to check my ticket account. So my 4 year Stanley has gone from free to £105, and I think mine has gone up £50 odd in Bronze to £492 | | | |

Like I say mate, these methodology leads don't pay for themselves.
| Season Ticket Prices on 12:33 - Apr 21 with 8232 views | makaveli1882 | Works out around £4.50 a game mate, but he wont attend 26 game, especially with midweek and rubbish kick off times, so will be more like a tenner a game, which is disappointing. | | | |

Yeh one of the best things the club has done over the last 10 years is really lean into that youth support, and you see it now with these groups of young people following our club home and away and creating the atmosphere.

It certainly is. My son has made loads of new mates at QPR. I must also add that of our Sarf London group, the youngsters often bring mates along. They generally support other clubs but they love coming along to QPR, especially an away day.

| Season Ticket Prices on 13:16 - Apr 21 with 7953 views | BlackAndGoldRanger | Silver in Stan Bowles up £27 plus junior up to £105 so £132 extra a season. I use direct debit so £13.20 extra a month. As others have said he won't come to every game, evenings/when it's cold and isn't that invested....yet....(he says in hope). A real shame. Seems odd that U18s are only £13 more then 2-7s. The interest free direct debit over 10 months is great though and that is continuing. | | | |

"The 23-25 Young Adult category will now be included within the Adult price class. This is due to ticket misuse within this price class which resulted in disproportionate lost revenue for the club over the past two seasons." Would love them to prove that tbh

I normally do the direct debit scheme but it’s a pain when the last payment comes out virtually when the season has finished,so I might bite the bullet this year and pay upfront. Dodgy decision when you get older, but I’ll leave my season ticket to a deserving cause in the event of my demise.

A huge risk. There is a reason the ground was selling out these last 3 years. Lot's of young lads going. That stops, still at LR in 10 years probably, and suddenly no youth? Short sighted decisions.

As I said a while ago, I thought people would be cross about Paul Furlong. So, I clearly don't know any more. Be interested to see how this lands because I would think a lot of our most vocal, atmosphere generating, online support base is either in that 23-25 strand or shortly will be. Already had a couple of messages from lads that age who are facing a £300 rise. And the coms is all "you abused the concessions", "in line with the rest of the Championship", "national insurance increase", "minimum wage increase" and no mention that they've staffed the place up to the gills with Jake Humphrey job titles and spent a lot of money on footballers and their wages.

I'm sure we'll all be told how marvellous this all is by the usual suspects. The communication of it as always with this regime is awful. Getting rid of free under 8 tickets feels very wrong, doesn't affect me anymore but will likely have an affect on many others who may be put off now, imagine it is the start of the family stand being abolished with these changes which is a shame.

How many free U8s tickets are there? Say it's 500, you're looking at £30,000 in new revenue. Assuming, of course, that the adult they go with can afford (or is prepared to) pay for that on top of their own ticket. Can only presume they think this waiting list they introduced is going to fill in any gaps. Either way, the returns don't seem great for the potential risk - certainly not for a club that is comfortable losing £2m a month.

| Season Ticket Prices on 15:07 - Apr 21 with 7034 views | E17hoop | I went back and read Nourry’s message from last year as well as this year’s. Last year’s he talked about patience, difficult spells, sold out home games, packed away ends, and even made a point of saying the thank you wasn’t just a token line. It at least sounded like he got what fans were putting in. This year’s reads much more like club comms boilerplate. Positive strides, optimism, young group, club to be proud of etc. That’s the disconnect for me. He’s answering a mood question while supporters are asking a fairness question. People aren’t mainly arguing about whether the club feels optimistic. They’re asking whether it’s fair to scrap free U8s, fold 23-25s into adult pricing, and hit younger fans and families like this. That’s what jars. If you’re going to do it, own it and explain it straight. Don’t do the warm words version while making it harder for the next generation of supporters to come. | |
