The rumoured interest in Amass may come to something. WLS dismissed the interest in Boy Kemper.
Can Larkeche come back and get to the level required.
Can Esquerdinha be taught to defend

It simply cannot be that the club goes into next season without a new LB. If it's RND at an affordable price, so be it. He'd be infinitely preferable to what we have on the books.
If we're going to continue to develop Esquerdinha he must go out on loan - although I'm not sure any L1 or even L2 club would take him.
Larkeche may be an okay cover but until he plays, who knows? He'll need to be closely watched in prematch friendlies and a judgment made.

No I don't, you're right. I dare to dream that it's possible to find a better left back than Rhys Norrington-Davies and Ziyad Larkeche.
Larkeche is substitute seven of seven. Useful to have now you're able to name a million bench players because he can play all down the left side and has looked fairly impactful coming on late in games. But he's not a starter, for me.

The sole quality Larkeche seemed to have was pace and there’s no guarantee with an ACL he’s keeping that. The bloke isn’t suddenly going to be a Championship left-back having missed a year at 23 with relatively few senior starts even if he looked half decent in a pub league. | | | |

We need players of ability, strength and character all over the back two thirds of the team but unless a couple of Ryan Gosling's pals want to sponsor the School End and the stadium sound system we haven't got the cash.
What is within our budget is improving player fitness and availability, formations and tactics and putting a little fire in the players bellies. |  | | |

Is it? I’d have guessed we were paying him a pretty normal second division wage. You’d like to think our elite team of spreadsheet nerds can read down the list and pluck out the Dutch second division left-back with the highest ground duel % and go from there. We’d be better off wheeling Gino Padua out than going with what we have. | | | |
