A suggestion for the club: have a fixed number of loyalty points per game – e.g., 50k home and away. Award the loyalty points AFTER the game. Came to the game and get a share of the points. 5k at Leicester away, 10 point each. 500 at Blackburn on a Tuesday night, 100 points each. |  |

Brilliant fixture.
I saw them play Sampdoria at home in the mid-90s. A lucky coincidence I was there then because I liked Sampdoria, (C4 on sundays, everyone picked a team back then) mainly because of the kit and Roberto Mancini was essentially Stan in an expensive suit and lack of gambling habit.
Of course, he wasn’t there by then and as I went with a couple of locals, I very quickly changed allegiances and got to call David Platt “Bastardo Inglese” a few times.
