Its impossible to say how she would be.
She would obviously need to manage a mens team at a reasonable level first to see if this could work or not.
I do actually think women officiating though has its merits. Obviously its about being aware of.all the rules and implementing them consistently. The one good thing in favour i feel of having women officating at games is that the players are much less likely to surround a ref or try to intimidate them as it would not be a good look at all.
At our games, its not as if male referees have covered themselves in glory. We seem to have a few shocking refs in recent times.
