Good rule. I would bring it into football and say that a game restarts 15 seconds after a goal is scored. If players want to dive into the crowd/pretend to play golf/form a little train, then let the game go on without them.

Given that hockey is quite an elitist sport most of team GB probably havent been on package holidays, otherwise theyd know the germans are the first to dump their towels on the sun loungers! Not exactly a country renown for sporting fair play.
