The point of my email being that if KickItOut do not publicly condemn his selection, until he has been cleared of the offence, then they can never ever be taken seriously again.

The FA may not listen to the fans, but they listen to the bank manager.
As part of my protest I am cancelling my FA membership, I will be informing them that I will no longer attend England matches or purchase official England merchandise and I will also not be watching this shower of sh1te on the TV, affecting potential advertising revenue.

The thing is, the FA will cite "innocent until proven guilty". If they didn't pick him, it could be suggested they think he's guilty rather than just not good enough.
The trial date was 'conviniently' moved until after Euro2012.

Yes "innocent until proven guilty" is true however, but what is also true is that he is currently awaiting trial for a criminal offence.
In my job if I was facing a similar charge there is no way my employers would allow me to be public facing. I would be rightly moved to one side or possibly suspended on full pay until an outcome was decided by the court.
The FA as an employer (as is the case for the England Team) are completely and utterly wrong in this situation. | | | |

I'm in total agreement with everything you said.How can he represent his country when he is awaiting trial on criminal charges?
What was the point of Capello resigning over that p-ick,when he gets what he wants anyway?
How can he be allowed to delay the proceedings until after the Euros?
