With the mortgage gearing between me and my missus I got get a 100% mortgage (IF they were still available which they're not) for about £300k

Houses down my street now are being sold at £925k in top order.

Ergo.... I live in an unaffordable house.
I feel kind of guilty and should maybe move out so a Landlord can rent it out to a dozen East Europeans for the next two years until Article 50 kicks in.

Exactly what I was wondering. I didn't think we actually owned any land there.

I am hoping this isn't just a ruse and that there is some genuine substance behind it.
