Big lads or Les has shrunk

Les is only 5'11. He just always looked bigger, especially because he could jump about a mile in the air.

Bare bones.

Walker looks big enough but Rowan towers above him and Les.

Genuine question - can't tell from your post!

I suppose with a lot of these signings the truth is that they're low-risk with a potential for high-reward. At the very least we have to fill and field U-18 and U-23 teams, so some of these signings will reflect that reality.

I saw a couple of Walker's games on the stream and wasn't blown away, but they must see something they can coach.

Yeah.. I think you said he looked no good at all smegma? And he's been bombed out by a few other clubs since Derby.

Maybe we spotted something others haven't?

Big lads or Les has shrunk

Not that big. Les is 5 foot 9. Never as tall as anyone thought. Like Paul Parker, who is all of 5 foot 5 he had a 3 foot vertical jump on him.

Les is actually only 4'8''. He looked bigger because he used to play wearing stilts, a trick taught to him by his mysterious mentor when playing in Turkey. True fact.

He has 2 lads. The one who scored 2 for forest against us is now on loan for Mansfield and scored 2 for them tonight according to mates who are doing the 92 and ended up in Mansfield tonight!

That was in his playing days. He has since grown to dwarf the BFG but remarkably his arms have extended even further than the rest of him.

In that photo he's actually standing several yards back so that he can rest his hands on their shoulders with his arms fully extended and the perspective makes him look shorter than the new lads.

The average man peaks in height at 28. Thereafter, due to wear and tear of the cartilage the spine compresses and average man shrinks one inch per decade.

Starting off his youth football career at a mere 4' 8", Les Ferdinand stood to suffer more than most footballers. To make matters worse he was forced down the long route of non-League football. Spending 39 years at Hayes, his height (sic) had shrunk to a paltry 4' 4". Now thirty years later he is in fact only 4 foot 1.

In the photo, the two new signings are standing in specially made holes. Pride briefly restored, Mr. Ferdinand can afford a quick smile before returning to his rapidly shrinking life.

Every regular at under 23 games is as surprised as me. I'm guessing he's on minimum wage .
