Anyway, Chelsea were sh1t here 19:20 - May 18 with 1397 viewsBoston

….last Wednesday. Forgot to mention their little 'charity' scamper around Gillette Stadium v the Rev's (dreadful lower National League standard after Brad Friedel's dismal tenure). 3 - 0 to SW6, but good news is they could only attract an attendance of 27,329 and one of their 'stars' may be out for the Arsenal match. I didn't go, couldn't care less, but note from the sports shows there weren't many jumping when they scored.
Bruce Arena is the latest man at the New England helm, experienced yes but so fuggin boring.

Wasn’t arena the GM too and now doing both jobs?

Are there plans to move the team to a football stadium closer to Boston? Seems odd to play in foxboro in a stadium that size

Yes, yes and yes.

In 2006 the club and the City of Somerville(abuts Boston on the north side), went into talks re stadium construction. Silence.

The stadium has improved the match day feel, but of course its still a gigantic bowl that's three quarters empty for soccer matches.

Fair play to Kraft, his family and organization with the Pat's, but I was never happy with their involvement in pwoppa football.

Mr Arena has started in a positive fashion anyway. Two competitive games into his tenure and we have a home win, followed by this afternoons scoreless away draw at Montreal, who the Rev's had succumbed to 3 -1 in their home fixture a couple of weeks ago.

I read online of a Chelsea fan who paid $11for a Bud Light and $110 for a match ticket at the game. I will shut up about €26 for Union Berlin away now.

I’m hoping the Bruins win, it’s been over three months since Boston won a sports championship, how are you coping in this drought 😆
