The best thing to happen in football since the pass back rule. We'll never know of course but I'm pretty sure the ref wouldn't have given us the opener v Fulham without it.

The linesman wasn’t going to give it either.He didn’t raise his flag to signal a goal.
A friend was telling me that in the Premier League with VAR, often linesman don't signal for things anymore. Apparently they've been told not to. Not sure if that's true. I imagine it's the same with goaline tech in the championship. Decision is totally down to the technology. Which seems to be unquestionable which is good. Unlike VAR...

I assume you are talking about a back pass to the keeper who under those circumstances is in effect an outfield player so will the back pass to every outfield player be banned. Will every backwards pass be banned.
