Up until Baggies scored I thought we were doing alright. We seemed to be controlling midfield, our defence was mostly solid, but we lacked a cutting edge. Chrissy Willock was either not back to his best or more likely well marshalled by the WBA defence, Ilias Chair worked hard, but dropped too deep to unlock the Baggies and Lyndon Dykes, apart from one shot didn't really trouble the opposition.

Once they scored suddenly they passed the ball more crisply and were strangely afflicted with mass cramp. On the other hand we seemed to have completely run out of ideas. WBA and especially their new manager deserve credit for a well organised defence. With a few more games under Corberan they could become a very good team.

I thought Armstrong should have come on earlier to add some zest. We weren't dreadful, but without Willock firing and Stef running the midfield we don't look a top six team.
