Morning gents - apologies if this has been covered before (don't get to read every post sadly!) but am I right in saying you cannot purchase a £10 pass via QPR+ to watch home/away games unless you're oversees?
Unfortunately I can't make the Bristol City match this Saturday (gutted) but hoped I might be able to stream it from HQ?

Apologies if this has been covered already, but what are the views on him constantly being hauled off around the 75/80 minute mark?
I completely understood it early on as he was finding 'match fitness' but surely 5-6 games in now he should be lasting 90 minutes? I was pulling my hair out when he went off vs. Cardiff and then Watford, but thankfully that turned out to be a lucky turn, and then vs. Blackburn on Saturday when Dykes was clearly the man to make way, he went off again!
I worry this could bite us on the proverbial soon when we're desperate for a last minute goal  |

Obviously, I'm still on cloud nine after last night's epic team performance, but now I'm thinking ahead to Blackburn and wonder about a potential option up top...
We all know Charlie is now our no.1 striker, so if we are to continue with 3-5-2 (which I think we should) and with Dykes self isolating and Bonne bereft of any confidence, why not try either Thomas or Willock alongside Austin?
What I noticed last night, despite us being pretty special all over the park, is our lack of options through the middle or in behind? It's clear the game plan is to play to Austin's strengths; ball out wide and deliver as many crosses as possible. That said and where we fell short vs. Derby for example, is that if plan A doesn't work, then we need a plan B? I wonder if Willock and/or Thomas would give us that little ball in behind option to mix it up? |

Given the personnel available, the desperation for a change and impression that ‘some’ thought and imagination has gone into our selection process, I wouldn’t mind seeing this team/formation today...

For me, this ticks so many boxes; gives our weak full backs the licence to get forward more and provide much needed crosses; get an extra body at the back; a strong and ball playing midfield duo; Chair in his best position and BOS a free role up top to support Dykes

Apologies if this has already been covered, but last night was the first time I had seen Hamalainen play and although he didn't do anything worth pulling up trees over, he was certainly more satisfying than watching Wallace play there! Seems a very accompanied young full back.
Also, Kane in for Kaykay - great move. I'm warming to Kaykay and hope he proves me wrong but reminds me horribly of a poor mans Terrel Forbes! In the last two games, Kane seems a different player altogether from that of last season so special mention to him and the coaches there!
Finally and a huge relief to see a keeper commanding his box and not afraid of coming for crosses. What a difference that must make for the back four, who now don't have to be so deep and head balls clear from under their own bar!
Early days still, but what a difference a few personnel changes can do for the team! |
