There's a thought... Already promoted two clubs from our division... Ashley only sacked him so he could appoint his mate Pardew to repay his gambling debt to him (true story)... Brighton sacked him but he kept them up, having gotten them up, also got to a cup semi final and lost narrowly to City... He's free as well...
Be a fantastic appointment IMO |

Reading a bit more about him I'd imagine he's lying in wait for someone to poach Ten Hag and he'll be in a position to take over the first team at Ajax, hence coming to us would be highly unlikely. |

.....was linked with Boro last week in the local rags but they seem hell bent on appointing Jonathan Woodgate.
Would be a decent shout, he's currently coaching/managing Ajax reserves.

If he doesnt play we have bob hope against Spurs... IMO it wouldnt hurt to go into the free agent market, plenty of CFs who know where the goal is who could weigh in with four or five between now and the end of the season... Berbatov, Robbie Keane... We're putting plenty of balls into the box, wouldnt hurt to have someone on the end of them if Llorente isnt fit. |

Hull, Sunderland and Boro
Sunderland and Hull look doomed... Really hope Boro go down, just to wind up my mates. Their transfer window was abysmal. They got in two strikers, one of which, Bamford, did ok for them in the Championship but flopped in the Prem at Burnley, Palace and Norwich... They have a manager who is at loggerheads with the Chairman and from what I hear, all is not well behind the scenes and in the dressing room. I don't expect them to finish the season with Karanka in charge. |

OK, I admit it... I do... I need my glory fix so I go to watch Darlington every week!! There, I've said it!! And I'm not sorry... we won the Northern Premier League last season, taking 2.5k glory hunters to Whitby away (one of them being me) and it was a great feeling... we're now in the Conference North Play offs and I'm loving the glory of beating Man United....... sorry, FC United and a team from Salford that includes the Neville brothers, Scholes and Nicky Butt... I could support Boro, Newcastle or Sunderland but they never win anything so what's the point?!?! UTQ |

Arry to keep us up then reassess in the summer. If we employ Redknapp in time for him to wheel and deal in the market, we'll stay up... Then if he doesn't want it going forward, we can then look at Rowett, but Redknapp for me... he's already on about bringing Frank home to Swansea... |
