Not one for our game today but the rest - all my hope is resting on Cardiff to play their kids and let Rotherham stay up sending Derby and Sheff Wed down.

I'd give credit to Coventry for being safe with about 4 games to go after coming up last season. Not played in their home stadium, not spent big to stay up, stuck with their manager through the tough times, fair play to them |

As much as I agree the league has been the worst in years, the best team we have played has certainly been Norwich, who could be considered one of the best teams of the Championship era for me. |

And who do Sheffield Wednesday have next? Only 'already safe arch rivals of Derby' Nottingham Forest. If Swansea lose today and need to best Derby to secure promotion I think we have a very exciting final day of the season coming up |

From watching the last few games of the season on Sky i'd say Micah Richards is a shoe in, and i would be quite happy with that. Fantastic charisma, very bubbly and i actually think he speaks quite well |

I'm expecting us to lose but amazed at the Twitter comments audibly wanting us to lose just to stop Fulham and Brentford going up.
I always want us to win, i really couldn't care about them two whatsoever. I'd be happy to see them go up just so we have a chance at getting 12 points next season. The only team i'd consider losing to annoy would be Chelsea, and even then i'd still be slightly annoyed. |

But as is always the case, in this day and age you just simply cannot get a good striker on the cheap unless thoroughly scouted, and we cannot rely on loans constantly. £2m for a 9 goal striker who has looked decent and still is of a decent age shouldn't be too bad. Obviously i would love to scout properly but its always a risk. We have to get some experience in and £2m isn't the worst in the world.

Also doesn't help that i had gotten so used to penalties being saved with Smithies that my brain can't handle Lumley not having a clue how to save a penalty in any way shape or form. Obviously know its hard to save penalties but he can barely dive properly for them |

The 3 losses in a row may be talking here, but i felt the exact same before Barnsley, ive lost interest in football and QPR since the re-start.
Really struggle to get excited about watching a friendly feel match with no fans on my couch, and it doesn't help that we are having kick offs like 6:30pm on a Tuesday. I was having dinner before realised we were playing.
Couldnt imagine what its like being a promotion contender. If we had to watch that Zamora goal at Wembley in my living room with an empty stadium i think id give it all up to be honest [Post edited 30 Jun 2020 21:09]
