Looking at the championship table and fixtures another 12 points from now until may shouldn't be to difficult to deal with so we should be in a satisfactory position I take that considering its a totally different team from the last line up I last saw in March last year
As the world struggles against the coronavirus its obvious the April 4th football shut down will be extended probably as far as June No one knows or can tell.. Many players contracts are expiring in June probably hundreds I dont know but that will cause complications..easy way out is cancellation of the 2019/20 season, I would say that would be favorite at this point of time.. Sorry brentford fulham and west brom you could be at Loftus Road again next season
I've been a supporter of var up to now but watching the sheff utd v west ham game last night I now have my doubts.. how or where was declan rice expected to put his hands it was a natural position the ball was headed into his arm I'll be disappointed if it happen to the. Rs but happy if it happen to our opponents but somehow somethings not right. I feel this natural position incident should have been considered by stockley park... I thought var was for offside decisions etc.. I starting to dread var coming to loftus road now.. what do other Rs supporters think ..
I have just got around to watch the recording of the forest game certainty the unlucky sending off changed it but what baffles me is what happen when forest scored their first goal.. Lumley I am taking about they say he slipped i cant see that it was more he collapsed to the ground for no reason had he stayed on his feet he would have stopped it going in.. oh well thats my view... Sorry Joe you need a rest
The Pompey season ticket holders it seems not to have rushed to snap up tickets for the 4th round game and they have had two home games since Friday to have purchased.... they opened up the tickets for member general sale this morning and there are loads of seats on sale.. have the Rs box office got it correct not to take up full allocation ummm its looking that way
I dropped into portsmouth fc as I was in the area enquiring when tickets are on sale.. he mentioned should be friday as soon as dates finalised. First for season ticket Holder's then on genaral sale monday so I would imagine will be the same for us.. And as for traveling best to join A3 /A27 then the eastern road after the 3rd portsmouth fc sign post start looking for a parking spot alongside the council flats。。。 hope that helps urrrrrs
Just how many season tickets have Rs sold for the coming season... I've noticed portsmouth have sold over 11000 up to now and their stadium is not much bigger than ours and also their early bird for season tickets expired as late as 1st july and they sold around 5000 in the last month I've always thought we were much too early with our early bird deal which ended in april...
Brian bedford... i remember him well.. £750 we payed for him even then that was very cheap those days, 258 games for us 161 goals... he scored anything from 25 up to 39 goals each season.. nice one Brian
We will know by the end of next week if our first game v fake hoops is a Saturday 3pm kick off.. thank you sky you tossers... this season according to the fixture list we have 17 championship saturday 3pm kick offs so i wonder what we will finish off with, last season we finished with just nine Yeah nine championship 3pm saturday kick offs... I wonder how many other season ticket holders dislike sky TV ... I used to attend half the away games booking travelodge deals... by the time we find out if the game is moved the travelodge deals are more expensive not forgetting train ticket prices also more....
after reading about Lincoln reaching the q/f... it was mentioned the last non league side to Reach the q/f was qpr 103 years ago... Nope did not know that... while we on the fa cup subject was that the last time we passed the 3rd round....
