Gorka Pintado's goal handed the Swans a first win of pre-season against C.D. Trofense in Portugal

The training game was split into three 30 minute sessions; Pintado striking at the beginning of the second.

Joe Allen, Fede Bessone, Scott Evans didn't play any part as a precaution, with fellow squad members Ferrie Bodde and Jason Scotland both absent from the entire tour for differing reasons.

Paulo Sousa's men fly home in the next few days, when pre-season preparations intensify with just four weeks until the opening fixture at Leicester.

"It was a good game and a good work out for the players," said assistant manager Bruno Oliveira.

"We dominated throughout and it was a good end to our stay in Portugal."
