![]() Monday, 4th Feb 2008 20:43 LFW's look back at the weekends action elsewhere in the Coca Cola Championship. We start as per the preview with the TV games and the early kick off came from the Brittania Stadium and Stoke got the better of in form Cardiff, winning 2-1. The late kick off was a repeat of the previous weeks cup tie between Watford and Wolves at Vicarage Road. The Hornets well and truly gained the ultimate revenge for their 1-4 FA Cup reverse with a comprehensive 3-0 victory, taking them to second in the table. Leaders West Brom went two points clear at the top of the table, after coming from a goal down to beat Burnley, 2-1 at the Hawthorns. Two sides who have recently found some good form are Norwich and Preston, who clashed at Carrow Road on Saturday in a game that was looking as though it was heading for a stalemate - until an injury time goal from Darel Russell gave the Canaries all three points and kept Preston in the bottom three. Rangers were denied the biggest win of the day, maybe surprisingly, by Coventry, who's somewhat erratic form, this week saw them thrash Barnsley 4-0 at the Ricoh Arena, with Leon Best scoring twice.
